Mutley Plain improvements on the agenda

In 2017 the three Compton Ward Councillors together with Officers from the City’s Economic Development Department, local business leaders and residents set up an influential steering group to create an atmosphere of improvement for Mutley Plain.

Monies from the Councillors’ Community funds have been allocated to improve the facades of empty units and free car parking facilities are high on the agenda.

Cllr. Ball said. “Complete regeneration will not happen overnight but a positive start has been made and we will be working very hard to progress this necessary project”.
