Boost your door-drops with 3 proven leafleting options for Plymouth

Cornerstone Vision is able to offer three targeted leafleting options for Plymouth that are exclusive to our company and have a proven track record. This post explains our different services aimed at using the same widespread distribution grid as the Plymouth Chronicle and how each option is achieved.

Leafleting options for Plymouth

1. Multidrop leaflet distribution

Cornerstone Vision will include your leaflet in our flagship publication, The Plymouth Chronicle giving you the option of reaching 90,000+ homes over the course of a month. Or you can target one of four main areas in the city ie. Central & Waterfront; Waterside & West; Derriford & North; and Plympton and Plymstock. We deliver to one of these ‘quarters’ per week, each with about 22,000 homes with a combined total of 90,000 homes.

Or you can hone your distribution area down to 4,000 properties which is our minimum order requirement. This is possible because we have further segmented the city into 120 sectors. Our team of distributors will deliver your leaflets within the Plymouth Chronicle along with two to three other leaflets.

2. Solus leaflet distribution

These are leaflets that are distributed on their own. Customers who use our Solus option typically sell products or services at a high-ticket price. For example, estate agents or car dealerships who wish to send out glossy brochures separately. This is also ideal for event-related or time-sensitive door drops, that don’t fit with the Chronicle schedule. Currently, we have limited capacity for this option, depending on the resourcing available in our distribution team.

3. Semi-Solus leaflet distribution

The middle ground is Semi-Solus, where your leaflets are delivered alongside the Chronicle but not inside the newspaper. This can be a popular option for leaflets that are not event-related or time-sensitive as the distribution needs to dovetail with our newspaper distribution. While our Multi drop option works well for most clients, some prefer to have their leaflets put through the door separately, although, with this package, the occupant also receives our flagship newspaper at the same time.

How are these options implemented?

Does this sound like an administrative nightmare to oversee?

“Not at all,” says our managing director, Ian Pilkington. “Admittedly it’s a highly complex process, but we have a bespoke computer program that sorts everything out for us automatically.

“We deliver to 30 sectors per week, totaling 120 per month. When a booking is made, our account executive works with the client to decide which sectors they wish to target. Once that’s recorded, the database indicates when and where the leaflets are going.

“Then our distribution team selects the appropriate pieces in our storage unit as you would pick items off a shopping list and package them for despatch. We have around 80 distributors who handle specific areas. Some work only in their local community. Others are more mobile and can do sectors that are further away or multiple sectors. However, it’s all managed by this unique database we had built for us. It’s one of a kind and it works superbly!”
